A package is defined by the scope and complexity of the work involved, including the number of pages, navigation structure, features, integrations and level of customisation, not by a particular visual style. Premium offers our most comprehensive service, with greater flexibility and development work to create a website around your specific requirements.

Who can you build a website for?
We welcome enquiries from individuals, creators and businesses. Tell us what you need, and we’ll confirm how we can help.How much does a website cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the website, its features and any ongoing support. We’ll provide a written quote explaining the total price and what is included before you commit.Do I need to pay a deposit?
For standard paid projects, a 50% deposit is required when your booking is confirmed. The remaining 50% is due after approval of the completed work and before launch or handover, unless we agree a different schedule in writing. Your cancellation rights are explained in our Terms and Conditions.How long will it take?
We’ll agree an estimated timeline based on your requirements and when your content is ready. If anything affects the schedule, we’ll discuss it with you.What do I need to provide?
Usually, we’ll need information about your business or project, your text and images, and a logo if you have one. If you need help preparing these, mention it when you enquire.Are domains and hosting included?
Your quote will explain whether domains, hosting and platform subscriptions are included or charged separately, who manages them and any renewal costs.Can I ask for changes?
Yes. We’ll agree the revisions included before work starts. Any work outside that scope will be quoted and approved separately.Do you offer website management?
Website management can be agreed as part of your project. We’ll confirm what it covers, its cost and how you can cancel before you sign up.
